If you haben't received your order confirmation through email, something didn't go right, unfortunately. It is possible that your email address hasn't been entered correctly or that the confirmation ended up in your spam mail. So try looking there first!
If you have not received an email, you can also check whether your order went through in your Naughty Nuts user account.
You don't have an account? No problem, it only takes a couple of minutes to create one and you're able to view all orders placed with the email you used to create the account. To do that, please go to "mein Konto" (my account) in our online shop.
As soon as you have created your account, you can view all orders placed under the same email address at "Konto-Details" (account details). In your order history you can select each order and see all its details as well as its processing status.
