Because your order is immediately send to our shipping center and gets processed there, we only have a couple of minutes to edit your delivery address. Please still quickly send us a mail with your correct address and your order number after you have finished your order. We will do everything we can to still change it. 🙏
You have already received your tracking number from DHL? Unfortunately, at that point there is nothing we can do, since your package is already on its way! However, you still have the option to enter a desired location through the tracking link from DHL. With this you can send your package to the right address or get it shipped to a "Packstation".
