Ordering as a guest
Of course, it is possible to order as a guest in our shop. After you have ordered, you will receive an order confirmation per email. Here you can view your entire order. Unfortunately you are unable to access it through our online shop.
You can, however, also create a user account even after you have already ordered and are able to then view all your previous orders as well. It's just important that you create the account with the same email that you have previously ordered with.
If an error has made its way into your order, please contact our customer service team, they'll be happy to help you.
User account
As soon as we have received your order, you will get your order confirmation through email. You will also find your entire order history online in your user account at "mein Konto" (my Account).
