You can probably not wait until you finally can open up your package of delicious nuttyness and we totally get that! But don't worry - you don't have to wait too long until you get your products. Usually you can expect to receive your package within 2-7 business days after you have placed your order.
👉 Shipment abroad unfortunately take a couple of days longer. You should receive your order within 4-7 business days.
👉 Exception: During special events like the Glamour Shopping Week or Black Friday we tend to receive a higher volume of orders, which in turn leads to a longer delivery time. This is also the case for holidays like Christmas, Easter or Valentines Day. Please consider the extra time before you order so your products are delivered in time.
As soon as your products have been shipped, we will send you a DHL tracking code with which you can track your order. You will also find this tracking code in your user account at "Konto-Detail" (account-details).
