To process your complaint, please send us your order number as well as some clear pictures of the damage/problem per email.
This could contain:
- A picture of the damaged jar in which the damage and the label can be easily seen 🔍
- A picture of the wrongly sent product type
- A picture of the content of the package (i.g. filling material) and/or the whole order (jars, etc.)
