Unfortunately, this is only possible right after your order (on business days). This is due to all orders being immediately forwarded to our warehouse, where they are packed and shipped. Please send us a short email via hello@naughtynuts.de and we will do our best to cancel your order.
If you want to cancel your order because you have ordered the wrong products and want to place a new order, please wait until you have heard back from us! 😊
You also have the option to reject your package when it arrives at your home. Please still let us know if this case applies. Your package will be send back to us and there are no further costs on your side!
If your neighbor accepts your order or the package is placed at your wish-location, our revocation provisions will, unfortunately, come into effect.
